Today for Guerrilla Health Radio, Dr. Bradley will be chatting with Alicia Deihl on her findings in her search for the best clean, safe beauty products!

Get To Know Alicia :)

Alicia is passionate about all things holistic health and wellness. She stumbled into the world of clean beauty when some undesirable lab results turned out to be caused by the high-end department store makeup she was using. It was then that she realized how important what we put on our largest organ (our skin!) truly is. You can be practicing a healthy lifestyle by eating well, exercising, managing stress levels etc but if you’re putting McDonald’s on your skin you’re missing a big component of optimal health.

While on the hunt for clean personal care products she became very disenchanted with the beauty industry. She learned that is was highly unregulated, in fact a major federal law regarding the safety of beauty products hasn’t been passed since 1938...thats over 80 years and it’s a 200 billion dollar industry, this means they get away with A LOT. In her search for safer beauty products she discovered a few companies that stood above the rest and decided to join them and she is here to share them with you today.

Some of Alicia’s other hobbies and passions include cooking wholesome meals, biohacking for optimal health (think avoiding EMF’s, cold showers, sauna, red light therapy, mindfulness practices) is a huge outdoor enthusiast and loves spending time in her organic garden and going on long hikes with her fiancé and 3 Labrador retrievers.
